Erin is wonderful to work with on those lingering issues - like back pain! She skillfully addresses positioning, specific movements, stretches, and muscle groups to help support my body. I love the one-on-one feedback she's able to provide and gentle guidance on how what to engage and when. I highly recommend Modern Physio for physical therapy & pilates - it's a whole-person experience!

Erin was amazing to work with for my first Pilates session. She took time to listen to past and current injuries to ensure we didn’t cause aggravation during our session. She kept giving me cues and feedback during the whole session and checking to make sure I wasn’t having pain in my problem areas. I highly reccomend Erin for Pilates or Physical therapy. She incorporates her knowledge and experience to give you the personalized attention you need during your session. I can’t wait to work with her again!!!

Erin’s personalized Pilates session helped me invigorate the muscles that I had given up on after having 3 c-sections. She was able to help me target areas that would help me become a better runner and improve my overall fitness as a 40+ athlete. Erin is so great! She is so knowledgeable and I’ve learned more about my body/motor patterns during my 8 sessions with her than any other PT/therapy experience. She’s so good about being thoughtful and creative with the exercises and strategies she uses and I feel like I’m leaving my sessions with her feeling more equipped than ever to keep my body running at its optimal condition. We worked on a running/knee related issue but I would highly recommend her for any physical therapy needs and I know I’ll come back again if I experience any other issues in the future!

I highly recommend Modern Physio! I had such a fantastic experience with Erin during my Pilates class. Her space was clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. The entire session was completely customized to my needs and moved at a pace that felt right for my mind, body, and spirit. I really appreciated the practical and relatable home care tips she shared—I learned so much! I left feeling amazing and grounded, and my body stayed loose and relaxed for days afterward. Erin is wonderful! Her energy is healing and her practice is very practical. She not only puts together a custom program based on what your body needs but teaches you how to help your body stretch and heal with at home stretches and exercises. After just a few sessions with her, I’ve noticed a huge difference in my posture and I’m more mindful about my body and posture overall. Can’t say enough good things!!
